You'll shape how people experience ShiftOS products. We need someone who owns both UI and UX, moves fast, and knows good design isn't just how something looks. It's how it works.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive interfaces across our product suite, from early concepts to final handoff
- Work directly with engineers and stakeholders through the full product cycle
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Identify UX problems proactively and advocate for the right solution
What we're looking for
- Strong UI and UX skills: both are required, not one or the other
- Figma fluency required
- Experience shipping product in a startup or 0-to-1 environment a strong plus
- Someone who flags issues and pushes back, not just executes
