You'll get your hands dirty across social content, campaigns, and growth. No coffee runs, no busy work. We move fast and we need someone who brings ideas, not just execution.
What you'll do
- Create and manage social content across our channels
- Support campaign planning and execution from concept to publish
- Help drive audience growth and brand awareness
- Bring ideas to the table and help figure out what works
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, or related program, or recently graduated
- Strong writing skills and a good eye for what makes content land
- Social media fluency: you know the platforms and what performs on each
- Video editing skills: this is a core part of the role, not a nice to have
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be handed a task list to be productive
- Bonus: familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma) or analytics
